Living at Providence Point involves a financial decision that ensures quality care and preserves your assets, both now and into the future. Our community offers the flexibility of three different Entrance Fee and two Monthly Fee programs to suit your lifestyle and budget. Entrance Fees start at about $265,000 and Monthly Fees at $2,900. What sets Providence Point apart is not only the spacious apartment and patio residences and the high level of amenities, but also the quality and scope of our Healthcare services.
Our Entrance Fee programs include:
Three Refundable Entrance Fee Options with a LifeCare or Modified LifeCare
Program
- Premium LifeCare or Modified LifeCare program with 90% of the Entrance Fee being refundable.
- Traditional LifeCare of Modified LifeCare program with 50% of the Entrance Fee being refundable that amortizes over a period of two years
- Classic LifeCare of Modified LifeCare program with 0% of the Entrance Fee being refundable that amortizes over a period of four years
Two Monthly Fee Options.
- LifeCare Rates (Dependent upon the size of the residence and meeting certain health requirements) that offer a substantially reduced monthly fee after transitioning permanently from Independent Living to a Health Care setting
