Planning for a bright future
Providence Point has already broken ground on the new Hamilton Tower, which will be ready for occupancy in late summer 2019. Hamilton Tower will include 70 one- and two-bedroom residential living apartments, additional guest rooms, under-building parking and new public spaces. A new billiards room and expanded dining services will also be available.
Already more than two-thirds of the apartment residences have been reserved.
Many elements of the expansion will provide added benefits for our current, as well as our future, Providence Point residents, including:
