Job Description: Provides primary nursing care for an assigned list of residents, except for provision of medications, by performing the following duties either personally or through the assistance of a nurse aide, depending upon the clinical complexity of the assigned residents.

Experience Required:

Education Required:

·         High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Current Licensed Practical Nurse License required.  Knowledge of understanding of the geriatric resident and their needs.

·         Current Licensed Practical Nurse License, CPR, IV Therapy Certificate.
