Position: Lifeguard

Job Description: Primary function will be to safeguard the health and safety of swimmers, aquatics class participants and guests.
Rescues swimmers in distress and administers artificial respiration, CPR and/or AED as required.
Lifeguard will be responsible of the safety, cleanliness and operation of the swimming pool, pool area and locker rooms during operating hours.

Experience Required:

Submission or showing proof of:
Current First Aid/CPR, current AED certification and any other requirements mandated by law, as well as maintaining these throughout employment.

Pool equipment knowledge and lifting capabilities required. Acceptable levels of
communication, vision, hearing as determined by Allegheny County regulations.
