Hours: Mainly Daylight M-F with some Saturdays possible

Job Description: The Admissions Coordinator coordinates all pre-admission and admission functions from time of inquiry to successful placement.  Responsibilities may include:

  • Coordinates the response to admission inquires including but not limited to working with hospital social workers, families, and prospective residents; seeing that appropriate information is provided; giving or arranging tours.

  • Coordinates admission process including verifying transfer time, receipt of orders, notifying floor and RNAC of admission and time; notifying pharmacy.

Experience Required:

Education Required:

·       Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred; or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Computer skills preferred.
